The first version was a formalization of the steps leading to Trials and the role of Adversity.

In the meantime, I made various frameworks for Trials, with such minigames as Don’t flail against the world. I am still working on these in parallel, so the game grows with them too.

This third part of the game development explores the character arc / campaign arc to inform Trials. It’s still rough, and I will end up making pre-generated arcs and eventually link them to character playbooks.

And after that the main design will be done, and I’ll just have to edit cheat sheets, and tweak based on feedback for readibility and gamefeel.
