2 new settings

Hi, I added two new settings for the game to question the part played by colour (“fluff”) in a game and for the gaming experience. For me the political subtext stays the same, but the experience is less and less grounded, feels more abstract, as the setting is further removed from earth. Not very deep or anything, but it’s a nice experiment.
